Over 10 years of professional experience reached in internal audit, governance and implementation of internal control systems, SOX projects, mapping and review of internal processes, risk assessment, support and assistance to the Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Board, review of compliance processes 231/2001 and 262/2005, assessment and test anti-money laundering procedures Legislative Decree 90/2017.

Eugenio has also experiences in Fraud Analysis and Fraud Assessment, forensic accounting and corporate investigation, forensic audits on potential fraud or violations with reference to the Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, opinion on accounting in accordance with national and international accounting standards, evaluation and quantification damages in administrative disputes.
