IPO (Initial Public Offering)
In reference to the professional activities carried out on and connected to Issuing Companies' IPOs, both in regulated and non-regulated markets in Italy and abroad, the dedicated Mazars team wishes to become the entrusted owners' Financial Advisor.
This will allow the 'right value' to be attributed (often not adequately expressed) of the important and sometimes silent work that has been carried out over the years by the Shareholders and Managers of the Company.
The Financial Advisor responsibly accompanies the Issuing Company through all the articulated phases of operational work entailed in a quotation process, managing and co-ordinating the various work groups in charge (Global Coordinator/Banks, Nomad, Legals, Auditors, etc. ).
