- Stefano Bianchi , 41 years old, Chartered accountant and auditor, specialized in IFRS and in IPO/Capital Markets, he is the Partner in charge of Padua office and of the Nord-East area;
- Giovanni Rovelli , 42 years old, Chartered accountant and auditor in Milan;
- Mario Morazzoni , 37 years old, specialized in Equity Capital Market, he was in charge of the start-up of the Corporate Finance activity for Mazars in Italy.
