"Business debt restructuring" - Bologna
In collaboration with ANDAF, workshop on technical tools and workable options available to handle company crisis.

The workshop, organized by ANDAF (Associazione Nazionale Direttori Amministrativi e Finanziari) and Mazars , illustrated how industrial plans, restructuring arrangements (ex art. a 182-bis LF) and recovery plans (ex art. 67 LF) can help companies overcoming business debts during periods of financial and economic crisis. Furthermore, considering the recent approval of the Italian accounting principle OIC6 , the accounting treatment and disclosures to be provided on the effects of a company debt restructure plan were discussed.
