The appraisal system

There is an annual appraisal process during which each Senior and Manager you worked with during the past year, complete a performance appraisal.

The purpose of appraisal is to:

  • give you an opportunity for in-depth discussion with Senior Manager or Manager about your performance and career aspirations,
  • provide a formal framework to construct a personalized career development plan.
