The appraisal system

Our staff appraisal system is the cornerstone of our human resources management policy.

There is an annual appraisal process during which each Senior or Manager you worked with during the past year, complete a performance appraisal

The purpose of appraisal is to:

  • Give you an opportunity for in-depth discussion with Senior or Manager about your performance and career aspirations.
  • Determine your strengths and development goals.
  • Provide a formal framework to construct a personalized career development plan
