Our process

Your professional success is as important to us as it is to you. So we take great care in our recruitment process, which is designed so that you can get to know us better and confirm your career plans.

Whether you are a graduate, an experienced professional or an intern, you may apply online at anytime. We will study your application carefully.

Graduates

For graduates, the recruitment process is as follows:

  • After a first screening of your cv, you will potentially be contacted by our HR Dpt. to take part in an half-a-day meeting where you will have the opportunity to better know Mazars through a presentation of the company. During the same day you will be asked to complete a technical test (on accounting) and a language test (a translation from English to Italian or from French to Italian).
    Then if you get through the tests you will be called for a first motivational interview. After having passed it, you will be called for a second technical interview with a Partner.
  • At the end of the process, with positive results in each step, you will be offered to join Mazars with an internship contract. At the end of the internship period, on the basis of a shared positive experience, you will be offered an employment contract.

Experienced professionals

For experienced professionals, the recruitment process is as follows:

  • If your cv meets the requirements, you will be contacted by our HR Dpt. to fix a date for a first motivational interview.
  • After this first interview, once verified our requests meet yours, there will be a second interview with the Partner in charge for HR in Mazars.

At the end of the process, with positive results in each step, you will be offered to join Mazars.
