Before the interview
A successful interview usually begins with careful preparation.
- Find out at much as you can about the firm: its history, business, values and projects.
- If you have any former school friends working for the firm, don't hesitate to contact them.
- List your experience to show that you are making an informed decision about joining the firm.
- Compare your own values with those of the firm.
- Prepare some questions to ask the person(s) interviewing you.
- Prepare answers to the standard interview questions.
